On 12th, July 2024, we organized the fire drill for production area 1# workshop, raw material tanks and warehouse to implement the national production safety laws and regulations,  further strengthen the fire safety education of all personnel and improve the ability to respond to emergencies. Effectively avoid or reduce casualties and property losses, and help achieve rapid, orderly and efficient emergency response operations.

We made full preparations for the fire drill and set up a temporary on-site headquarters for unified command. The drill requires a clear purpose, and the fire prevention plan is rigorous and thorough. It is the key to plan the drill plan well, and the first premise of planning the drill plan is to clarify the drill purpose. This drill is based on the "Safety production Law", "Fire Law" and other laws and regulations

Based on the prevention and containment of major accidents as the goal, in order to make the development and implementation of the "accident emergency rescue plan" in the emergency operation to be effectively used, give full play to its guiding role, from our actual situation, after careful research, determine the main task of the plan exercise is to carry out a fire accident emergency drill.

In this fire drill, the effect of each department from organization to implementation is obvious. In this drill, the participating teams fully realized the whole process of how to organize personnel rescue and then implement emergency rescue work under the condition of fire warning.

Carbomers, acrylates copolymer as rheology modifier, have been extensively applied in personal care, pharmaceuticals filed etc.  for more than 70 years due to its efficient thickening and suspending performance, high safety, and no irritation to human skin.

NM- Carbomer products such as Carbomer 934P, 971P, 974P, 981G, 970G, etc. have been successfully applied in over-the-counter medicines and pharmaceutical formulations, resulting in rheological modification, mucosal adhesion, drug-controlled release and a variety of unique properties, and Meeting the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020, US Pharmacopoeia USP/NF, European Pharmacopoeia EP, British Pharmacopoeia BP and other relevant regulations.

Our cosmetic grade Carbomer, such as our NM-Carbomer 20,2020,21,30,10 etc are hydrophobically modified, cross-linked acrylate copolymers. In addition to the efficient thickening, suspension, and other functions of traditional carbomer such as NM-Carbomer 990,996,960,970, etc., they self- wet and disperses quickly in minutes, which remarkably meet formulators’ ease-use need. They have higher electrolyte tolerance and handle a higher level of surfactant actives, being ideally suited for use in formulations containing higher levels of oils, botanical ingredients such as shampoos and hair care products, and hydroalcoholic gels.

Moreover，we  introduce liquid carbomer for acrylates copolymer. NM-Carbomer SF-1, with INCI name: acrylates copolymer. NM-Carbomer Aqua10 with Acrylates/Beheneth-25 methacrylate copolymer. And NM-Carbomer Aqua 20 with INCI name Acrylates/ Steareth-20 Methacrylate Copolymer. They are anionic
 hydrophobically modified alkali soluble, acrylic polymer emulsion (HASE) with unusually high aqueous thickening and stabilizing efficiency. They are liquid, cold-processable product that instantaneously thicken. Upon neutralization providing ease of handling and increased manufacturing efficiency.

They offer at 30% solids and specifically impart efficient thickening properties, to formulations containing high levels of surfactants, such as Anti-dandruff shampoos, Bath foams, Foaming facial cleansers, Shampoos, Shower gels etc.
