The Chinese people, who occupy 1/5 of the world's population, will always remember this day -- the founding of the People's Republic of China, October 1st is the National Day of China. 

On October 1, 1949, the founding ceremony was held in Tian 'an men Square in Beijing, the capital. In the rumbling gun salute, the President of the Central People's Government solemnly declared the establishment of the People's Republic of China and personally raised the first five-star red flag. Three hundred thousand soldiers and civilians gathered in Tian 'anmen  Square for a grand parade and celebration, one of the greatest transformations in Chinese history. On December 3, 1949, the fourth meeting of the Central People's Government Committee accepted the proposal of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and passed the resolution on the National Day of the People's Republic of China, deciding that October 1 of each year is the great day for the People's Republic of China to declare the establishment of the People's Republic of China.

Storage and Handling Recommendations:

1.Chemical Stability

carbomer powders are chemically very stable under normal storage conditions. Studies indicate that the chemical properties of the material do not change significantly over a five-year period.

2.Moisture Effect

In terms of physical stability in a powder state, the moisture content (also referred to as loss on drying, or LOD) increases with storage time due to the hygroscopic nature of carbomer. A change in the moisture content of the carbomer does not affect its chemical stability, efficiency of carbomer, but more difficult to disperse and weigh accurately. Containers of Carbomer must be tightly closed and stored out of contact with water.

3.Microbial Growth

NM-Carbomer do not support bacteria, mold or fungus growth in powder form.
